Three prior claims, and one of them matters.

• RM-2023-02218 (Mar 2023, closed $9,140) — water damage, second-floor bath, supply line to the same vanity. Repairs were paid but the file notes the insured declined the recommended shutoff-valve replacement.
• RM-2024-06701 (Sep 2024, closed $2,300) — wind, three ridge shingles. Unrelated.
• RM-2019-01184 (Jun 2019, denied) — foundation movement, earth-movement exclusion. Unrelated.

The 2023 file is the one to read. Same room, same fixture, and the current engineer photos show staining that predates the reported loss date. That doesn't decide the seepage question on its own, but it's the fact pattern the exclusion is written for, and it's why I'd get an opinion on the age of the staining before the reserve review.
